About our company: Pathogenia Inc is a fast-growing full-service food, cannabis, pharma, consumer goods and environmental testing and research lab offering food safety compliance testing services to every stages of any food supply chain to ensure safety and accurate labeling of products.Job descriptionThe Collection and Accounts Receivable Coordinator will be responsible for the complete cycle of Accounts receivable.Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring customer accounts to identify overdue payments
  • Contacting overdue customers to arrange payments by call and emails
  • Negotiate repayment options for delinquent accounts
  • Keeping accurate records, update account status records and collection efforts
  • Updating the payments received in QuickBooks accounting software
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies
  • Handle questions or complaints
Education & Experience:
  • DEP or Bachelor degree
  • 1 to 2 years experience in collection and accounting
  • Bilingual English and French knowledge preferred
  • QuickBooks experience or knowledge preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to be polite and compassionate without losing confidence
