Pour en savoir plus, visiter manheim.ca .Description de posteCe poste est responsable de supporter latelier en assumant plusieurs tâches administratives et aider le département dans les tâches quotidiennes.Responsabilités:

  • Effectuer la saisie de données des frais qui doivent être appliqués aux véhicules avant la vente et vérifier que les informations sont correctement enregistrées;
  • Maintenir la documentation ainsi que la vérification des factures pour s’assurer que les montants sont exacts par rapport au coût réel;
  • Communiquer avec les départements concernés / gestionnaires pour s’assurer que toutes les informations sont reçues et affichées avant la vente;
  • Démontrer un engagement axé en matière de sécurité en suivant toutes les procédures de santé et sécurité. Participer activement au soutien de toutes les activités de sécurité alignées sur les meilleures pratiques en cette matière;
  • Créer, consulter et autoriser les demandes d’achat dans Oracle;
  • Créer et gérer les rapports d’achat dans Oracle;
  • Effectuer toutes autres taches connexes assignées par le département;
  • Peut être appelé à faire des heures supplémentaires selon les besoins d’affaires.
Qualifications :
  • Diplôme d’études secondaires
  • 6 mois ou plus dexpérience administrative dans le domaine automobile un atout
  • Excellente compétence en communication
  • Capacité de travailler avec des outils informatiques tel qu’Oracle / AS400
  • Capacité à utiliser tous outils de bureau tel qu’une imprimante, faxe, etc.
  • Capacité de sasseoir ou rester debout pendant de longues périodes
  • Capacité à effectuer des tâches de saisie de données répétitives, bonne dextérité manuelle.
  • Exige une bonne vision (de près et de loin)

  • Perform data entry of charges that need to be applied to a vehicle before it sells, and verify that information is accurately recorded.
  • Maintain documentation, verification of invoices to ensure correct amount on the work orders compared to actual invoice cost
  • Communicate with departments and management on daily basis to make sure all information is received and posted before a sale.
  • Submit estimates via email to proper accounts.
  • Maintain current knowledge of account contracts relating to posting.
  • Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such. Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
  • Create, review and accept purchase requisitions in Oracle.
  • Work collaboratively with the Project Owner(s), Buyer and Finance team through requisition to payment process.
  • Produce and maintain purchasing reports in Oracle.
  • Maintain a document management system for accessible information.
  • Monthly mail out of invoices
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • May be required to work overtime as business needs dictate.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6 months or more of clerical or administrative experience in automotive industry preferred.
  • Good communication and organizational skills required.
  • Basic computer software skills necessary (AS400).
  • Must be able to use general office equipment (i.e., copier, fax machine, etc.).
  • Self managed and directed.
  • Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
  • Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks, manual dexterity.
  • Vision abilities required include close, distance and depth perception.
Work Environment:Most work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment. May be required to sit for long periods of time at a desk or a computer terminal with the use of calculators, keyboards, telephone, and other office equipment in the course of a normal workday.
