This represents Annual Quotation average amount 130M$-150M$Setting up sales strategies identifying potential customers, and setting pricing strategies to win new business. Supporting the region strategy on growth for spare parts sales. They need to support our business with new ideas/strategies on monthly review.Managing customer confidential information, for example customer financial information.Issuing invoicing and providing credits to the customer. This implies that they have access to confidential financial modules in our system -which are restricted to only a few people in the organization-Managing customer communications for all activities. Providing feedback to all our customers in a timely manner.Set priorities for the rest of the departments based on customer and project needs (Purchasing, planning, quality, engineering) and make sure the rest of the departments follow our lead based on top customers that support our sales strategy.Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesSupport the team to provide the best customer service.
