Job Description

P&B Transport, a Montreal North based company for the last 40 years, serving North East of USA. We are hiring Customs Clearance Specialist.Location: 8990 Rue Pascal-Gagnon, Saint-Léonard, QC H1P 1Z3Salary: $ 60,000.00,to $ 70,000.00 per year. (Special arrangement for after work and week-ends)Benefits:

  • Full time permanent job.
  • Payroll is deposited to the account Bi-weekly.

Responsibilities:
  • Complete and up to date knowledge of customs clearance procedures.
  • Communicate with Drivers, Dispatch team and Customers.
  • Validation of documents and customs information.
  • Passion for keeping up to date and informed of developments within customs clearance regulations and news.
Requirement:
  • Basic English and computer knowledge (Work, Excel, Outlook, etc..)
  • Must have experience of 1 year working with Crimsonlogic.
  • Knowledge of Dispatch-mate software from Infosite. (Asset)
  • Ability to concentrate for long periods of time.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
