The Digital Marketing / E-Com Analyst is a retail-savvy data analyst who will be responsible for interpreting and reporting on digital marketing and e-com performance to identify areas for improvement within sales, marketing strategy, and user experience. They will also play a supporting role in creating custom audiences and product recommendation recipes for the email and media teams, improving personalization, marketing automation, and performance optimization.In addition, the Digital Marketing / E-Com Analyst will work closely with the ops team on setting up meaningful A/B tests to establish best practices, and with the BI team on developing new data points for reporting and for segmentation / personalization.Requirements:
