The Digital Transformation & Continuous Improvement Manager will be part of the Operations Management team and reporting directly to the National Operations Manager, this position will be located at our Montreal office. The incumbent will work in partnership with business leaders to identify & implement solutions to meet the needs of our growing business. In this role, you will analyze current practices and develop business process improvements as well as implement changes in workflows, to ensure continuous business performance.Your responsibilities

  • To take ownership of change initiatives from evolution/efficiency identification through to project delivery via internal governance and controls.
  • To elicit requirements and drive process change using stakeholder interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, business analysis and workflow analysis.
  • Lead the business through strategy and deployment of digital analytics platforms across digital properties including mobile web & apps.

  • Conduct process improvement activities across the business using Six Sigma & Lean methodologies.
  • Responsible of the integrity and compliance of the master data within our systems.
  • Lead a team with tight deadlines and with a high standard quality of work.
Your background
  • Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or Operations Management.
  • Three to five years of experience in process optimization and/or operations.
  • Demonstrated experience with Six Sigma & Lean methodology.
  • Minimum accredited Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, preferred.
  • Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills.
  • Confidence in the ability to lead organizational change.
  • Must be able to work in teams & independently.
  • Must be able to communicate in French & English.
  • SAP knowledge will be considered an asset.
  • Ability to travel, up to 20%.
