In this role, the Executive Assistant will also provide administrative assistance to some other members of the MEGA Executive Team. The ideal candidate for this position is a detail oriented, self-starter who can work well in a challenging, fast-paced environment.This is a unique opportunity to be part of a world-renowned organization, leader in its industry and alongside senior management.What Your Impact Will Be:

  • Manage and maintain extremely busy schedule and calendar (various time zones around the world);
  • Act as point of contact for correspondence and communications exercising sound judgement and complete discretion with internal and external inquiries;
  • Coordinate international travel arrangements;
  • Complete and submit expense reports, as well as review of finance reports to ensure accuracy;
  • Arrange video conferences often involving global audiences, as well as organise and plan for meetings / special events coordinating rooms, catering services, and all related tasks;
  • Develop and maintain operating mechanisms (i.e. organise and maintain files, ensure follow-up on ongoing projects and initiatives, etc.);
  • Collect and analyse data to create and update complex presentations and reports to be presented to the local teams as well as the Global Mattel Executive Team;
  • Perform special projects as requested by the Executive Team.
QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred but not required) or Technical/Professional Diploma in a related field;
  • 5-7 years administrative experience supporting at the Director/ Executive level;
  • Exceptional computer skills with strong proficiency with MS Office applications (especially with Power Point);
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in French and in English;
  • Initiative and organisation skills to ensure smooth office operation;
  • Able to interface effectively within all levels of the organization and with senior executives outside the company;
  • Must demonstrate judgement, tact and diplomacy in dealing with internal and external customers as well as the ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information;
  • Must possess self-motivation, enthusiasm, effective leadership and display a team player attitude;
  • Able to prioritize work and multi-task in order to meet deadlines;
  • Capable of thinking ahead, anticipate requirements, take initiative to resolve issues in a timely manner; very strong work ethics.
