Le RTE aide à gérer les risques, aide à garantir la livraison de valeur et favorise lamélioration continueSection A - Responsabilités SpécifiquesCertaines responsabilités associées à ce rôle sont décrites à la section B. Les tâches spécifiques comprennent notamment les suivantes:

  • Facilite les processus SAFe Lean-Agile
  • Configure SAFe en fonction des besoins de l’organisation, standardise et documente les pratiques
  • Aide à lexécution du programme et suit les progrès de lincrément de programme (PI)
  • Escalade les obstacles, gère les risques, favorise les améliorations et garantit la livraison de valeur
  • Responsable de la coordination des différentes équipes Scrum pour avoir une visibilité sur les progrès de léquipe et les obstacles / bloqueurs
  • Planifie les réunions de programme avec les équipe internes et externes tout en assurant le suivi des actionsé
  • Avoir une compréhension des objectifs dentreprise et s’assurer qu’ils soient aliignés sur les priorités du programme
  • Stimule lamélioration continue du PI
  • Facilite les événements de ART (c.-à-d. Planification des PI, cérémonies importantes) et aide les équipes à livrer des solutions qui apportent de la valeur
  • Stimule la collaboration entre les ART
  • Favorise la collaboration entre toutes les équipes de programme et les membres
  • Supervise les objectifs du programme et gère le programme.
  • Comprend et applique des métriques Agiles significatives
  • Coache, guide et développe les équipes dans le cadre de leur activités
  • Travailler avec les chefs déquipe pour identifier, sécuriser et intégrer les ressources pour le programme
  • Établir des partenariats avec divers intervenants et dirigeants
  • Sassure que les processus et les pratiques sont normalisés et documentés
Section B – Exigences Du Poste
  • Expérience en coaching et mentorat
  • Expérience dans l’utilisation de pratiques Lean et Agile pour de grandes mises en production
  • Expérience de la budgétisation dans un environnement agile
  • Pensée critique et analytique
  • Capacité dadaptation, flexibilité et apprentissage rapide dans un environnement complexe.
  • Compétences organisationnelles, de communication et interpersonnelles propices au développement des équipes;
  • Être orienté vers le client, passionné par les résultats et le succès du client;
  • Capacité à sadapter rapidement à des situations sociales dynamiques dans un environnement de fournisseurs diversifié, avec plusieurs parties prenantes;
  • Bonnes compétences et connaissances en matière de leadership, de facilitation, de connaissance de la situation, de résolution de conflits, damélioration continue, dautonomisation et de transparence accrue;
  • Connaissance pratique de JIRA;
  • Capable de diriger par influence; un excellent joueur déquipe;
  • Maîtrise de langlais et du français, à loral et à lécrit;
  • Le/la titulaire de ce poste aura à soutenir de façon quotidienne des clients internes et/ou externes à l’extérieur du Québec et/ou aux États-Unis. Par conséquent, ce poste requiert une maîtrise de l’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral. He/She will escalate impediments, help manage risk, ensure value delivery, and drive continuous improvementSection A – ResponsibilitiesCertain responsibilities associated with this role are included in Section B. Specific duties include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Facilitates through SAFe Lean-Agile processes the execution of program initiatives
  • Looks for further opportunities to configure SAFe to the organization’s needs
  • Ensures processes and practices are standardized and documented
  • Assists in program execution and tracks Program Increment (PI) progress
  • Escalates impediments, manages risk, drives improvement and ensures value delivery
  • Supports Scrum of Scrums coordination to gain visibility into team progress and any impediments/blockers
  • Facilitates events (i.e., PI Planning, key ceremonies) and assists team in delivering value
  • Schedules internal and external program meetings while also tracking and following-up with action items
  • Partners with the business to understand and align on program priorities
  • Supports and communicates key management decisions to the program members
  • Realigns the program schedule with changing business priorities
  • Drives collaboration among all program teams and members
  • Oversees program objectives and manages the Program Roadmap
  • Coordinates and completes assigned initiatives on time, within budget and defined scope
  • Coaches, guides and develops individuals and teams during program execution
  • Work with team leads to identify, secure and onboard resources for the program
  • Build partnerships with various stakeholders and leaders
  • Drives continuous PI level improvement
  • Understand and apply meaningful Agile metrics
Section B – Position Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of experience within a large enterprise and technical environments
  • Results driven, with an organized methodical and rigorous approach to work activities
  • Experience with Coaching and mentoring
  • Experience with applying Lean and SAFe Agile practices to large development programs
  • Experience with budgeting in an Agile environment
  • Critical and analytical thinking
  • Quickly understand complex problems and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work under pressure and in multi-task mode
  • Ability to adapt, be flexible and learn quickly in a complex environment
  • Organizational, communication and interpersonal skills that are conducive to team development
