Il élaborera des plans de gestion de projet pour des projets de complexité moyenne ayant dimportantes répercussions financières et technologiques. Le titulaire recommandera également des initiatives liées à lamélioration et participera à leur mise en place et fournira un leadership quotidien aux membres de léquipe.Vos défis

• Travailler sur des projets relevant de la division Militaire et Sécurité
• Valider ou surveiller les aspects du projet liés à la recherche et au développement pour veiller au respect des exigences techniques.
• Résoudre les problèmes afin d’assurer l’exécution jusqu’à la preuve de concept ou l’intégration dans un projet client.
• Prendre en charge tous les aspects liés au programme confié : calendrier, coûts, revenus, risque, portée, relations avec le client, contrat.
• Rendre compte régulièrement à la direction interne des progrès, des problèmes et des solutions de rechange.
• Gérer l’ensemble des ressources (matrice) visées par le programme, y compris les partenaires, les sous-traitants, etc.

Vos forces

• Diplôme en génie avec un minimum de huit (8) années d’expérience en haute technologie.
• Diplôme dans le domaine des affaires, un atout.

• Capacité à gérer plusieurs activités en même temps.
• Compétences en gestion de programmes, capacité à faire le suivi des délais et des coûts, compétences en analyse de portée et en gestion des risques.
• Certification PMP, ou obtenue dans les six mois suivant l’embauche
• Bonne connaissance du système financier, un atout.
• Sens du service à la clientèle; capacité à comprendre les besoins du client ainsi que les intérêts internes et externes.
• Disposé à voyager à l’internationale régulièrement (25%).

He will develop project management plans for medium complexity projects with significant financial and technological implications. The incumbent will also recommend improvement initiatives and participate in their implementation and provide daily leadership to team members.Your challenges

• Coordinate the technical activities of the project under the Military and Security division.
• Validate or monitor aspects of the project related to research and development to ensure compliance with technical requirements.
• Solve problems to ensure execution until proof of concept or integration into a client project.
• Take charge of all aspects of the entrusted program: schedule, costs, income, risk, scope, customer relations, contract.
• Report regularly to internal management on progress, issues and workarounds.
• Manage all the resources (matrix) targeted by the program, including partners, subcontractors, etc.

Your strengths

• Engineering degree with a minimum of eight (8) years of high technology experience.

• PMP certification, or obtained within six months of hiring
• Good knowledge of the financial system, an asset.
• Sense of customer service; ability to understand client needs as well as internal and external interests.
• Willing to travel internationally on a regular basis (25%).
• Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
