Our employees thrive on the discovery of new opportunities and the excitement of solving problems and working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver solutions that serve our customers #39; needs while pushing the boundaries of technology.If you are looking for a challenging job, have exceptional customer service skills and want to be an added value to the company, this position is for you!Your responsibilities:- Provide technical computer and network support during the various integration phases.- Identify and eliminate computer problems (hardware and software) in collaboration with the engineers and technicians involved.- Communicate with customers, engineers and stakeholders of the various CAE departments involved in the projects.- The holder will respond to customer needs in a courteous and timely manner in order to meet the requirements of the required levels of availability and reliability of all flight training equipment and its peripherals.- The holder will have to perform administrative / logistical duties according to the requirements of the position.- Management of the evolution of the hardware and operating systems for the simulators computer equipment.- Implementation of the latest computer technologies for the simulator networks.- Support with the resolution of hardware and software problems related to simulation technologies and its peripherals.- Installation and technical support of labs.- Required to travel to the client. (About 10% to 30% of the time)Your Qualifications:- College diploma (DEC) in computer science, electronics or any other technical field of study with relevant work experience.- Good knowledge of hardware and software components of computers.- Good understanding of the architecture of the computer / simulator particularly the relationships between the different elements of the system.- Ability to manipulate software to debug and troubleshoot.- Very good knowledge of the Windows environment (Microsoft tools) and efficient navigation of administrative tools (ERP, Intranet).- Strong learning skills and the ability to use skills to drive continuous improvement.- Qualified to obtain NATO security clearance.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
