Are you motivated and passionate about sales Do you quickly immerse yourself in your new environment and want to represent a high-end product in a dynamic team This opportunity is for you!We are currently looking for a Home Consultant to join our sales office in Saint-Alphonse-de-Granby.Here is an overview of what awaits youWelcome visitors and support them in the process of visiting our model homes;Professionally answer visitors questions and carry out the necessary follow-ups to support them in their process of buying a new home;Respond professionally to information requests (telephone and web referencing) and carry out the necessary follow-ups;Keep contact files up to date by recording various activities (calls, emails and meetings) in the customer relationship management software (CRM);Establish and maintain a good business relationship with the contacts;Make the necessary follow-ups to support contacts in the business development process;Collaborate with the sales team to improve business development;Systematically follow all steps and company policies;Perform other related duties.We would love to meet you if you holdMinimum of 3 years of sales experienceExperience in the sale of new or manufactured homesExperience in using customer relationship management (CRM) softwareExcellent proficiency of French, both oral and writtenProficiency in the MS Office suiteAnd even more if youAre passionate about customer serviceAre autonomous and able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced and changing work environmentWhat to expectDynamic and warm working atmosphereSale of a high-end productAttractive group insuranceDaytime work schedule (week and weekend)Permanent full-time jobQuick Apply
