Position : Human Resources Business PartnerLocation : 9900 Cavendish, Suite 310, Saint-Laurent, QC H4M 2V2About DartDART provides industry-leading design, manufacturing and market-certified solutions for the helicopter and aerospace industry. All this, in addition to extensive engineering capabilities and manufacturing centers delivering fast time-to-market solutions with superior customer support in over 120 countries worldwide.Job SummaryThe HR Business Partner reports to the HR Manager in Montreal. Provides HR support for Canada and US, while achieving departmental objectives. This position also collaborates with Payroll. Must adhere to the DART Policies, Procedures, as well as Vision, Mission and Values.Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage Workers Compensation claims, representing the company at any hearings.
  • Train company on HR topics such as Harassment Prevention, Performance Management, Interviewing Skills, health and safety, etc.
  • Manage the Leadership Development Program and provide training, coaching and feedback to leaders.
  • Provide company guidance regarding Employment Law Compliance and risk reduction and seek legal counsel when necessary.
  • Employee relations mediation and investigations.
  • Provide resources and support to employees for personal, emotional and work related issues.
  • Recruit, schedule interviews & fill job requisitions, including staffing for Engineering test projects with a quick turnaround time
  • Conduct new hire orientation training & paperwork
  • Conduct terminations & exit interviews
  • Maintain employee records on HR drive
  • Support with the data entry and reports
  • Draft memos and send out HR communications
  • Support with the planning of Company events (Christmas, Town Halls, etc.)
  • Manage Company initiatives
  • Support Payroll when needed
Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of HR experience in a generalist role
  • Knowledge in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, reporting, data simulations etc.)
  • Strong communication skills
