  • Assist buyers and commodity leaders in collecting and maintaining vendor data.
  • Support Team in producing reports and data analysis.
  • Ensure despatch of information for the stakeholders is in a timely manner (new rules, etc.), answer queries, escalating problematic issues to senior members of the team.
  • Support team’s initiatives and suggest ideas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with Accounts Payables supporting issue resolution.
YOUR PROFILEAs our ideal candidate, you:
  • Are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply chain, operations, or other business-related fields.
  • Have good data handling and analysis skills.
  • Are Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Have strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Are fluent in English and French.
