This Internship open position for Winter 2023 will act as an internal agent within the Customer Service Team to support with several tasks in creating, updating and maintaining internal process documentation. The candidate will be using continuous improvement processes in order to bring quality documents that the team will be able to use on a regular basis. The selected person will have to familiarize with all Customer Service internal processes with the support of some strategic members of the team such as continuous improvement specialist, training lead, post-sales support specialist and will report directly to the commercial operations manager.Your responsibilities

  • Review all current processes documents and standardize them using the same format and following the business nomenclature.
  • Collaborate with the different team members to create new documents for unwritten processes.
  • Label, sort, categorize and organize an archive system for ease of use
  • Participate to team meetings discussions regarding ongoing changes of processes or challenges that would require your contribution in maintaining the filling structures.
  • Generate an onboarding plan for new employees (checklist) that will gather all the different training documents that the training lead is using.
  • Create Microsoft PowerPoints to be used by your team members when demonstrating new documents created.
Your background
  • Ongoing college/university degree in administration or equivalent
  • High organizational skills and ability to handle multiple inquires simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail
  • Process improvement oriented and problem-solving skills required
  • Being bilingual (spoken and written)
  • Some experience in Customer Service & Administration, an asset
