Job Description

Junior Système Administrateur / Junior System Administrator****English will follow****Tâches:

  • Surveiller les opérations du serveur et du réseau
  • Software configuration et set-up
  • Réviser régulierement la base de données et assurer un suivi proactif auprès des clients internes et externes
  • Engagement des clients - aidez nos clients à gérer leurs produits
Compétences requises:
  • Expérience avec cloud hosting/providers
  • Expérience avec Linux OS
  • Expérience avec Windows OS
  • Connaissance de Apache Tomcat
  • Connaissance de networking et securité
  • Expérience with Microsoft SQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL databases
  • Connaissance de DNS and SSL
  • Connaissance de Docker et containers
  • Connaissance de Kubernetes
  • Connaissance des systèmes de surveillance tels que: Elastic, Zabbix
  • Expérience avec wireless connection/troubleshooting
Atout:
  • Baccalauréat en technologie ou en informatique
  • Bilingue (FR/EN) pour communiquer avec nos clients au Québec, Étas-Unis, et le reste du Canada
______________________________________________________****English****Responsibilities:
  • Assess a variety of situations, reviewing server and network operations, software configuration, set-up and software code and identify the correct resolution or escalate according to departmental guidelines.
  • Regularly review the database of submitted items and proactively follow up with internal and external clients to ensure that their inquiries and/or issues have been satisfactorily resolved.
  • Work with the IT Infrastructure and Security Team Lead to develop, monitor, document and maintain best practices for system administration, network and application security and compliance with Harris data and security policies.
  • Client Engagement - Help clients manage their products. Focus on each client experience and make every interaction meaningful.
What we are looking for:
  • Experience/Knowledge with cloud hosting/providers
  • Experience with Linux OS
  • Experience with Windows OS
  • Knowledge of Apache Tomcat
  • Knowledge of networking and security
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL databases
  • Knowledge of DNS and SSL
  • Knowledge of Docker and containers
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of monitoring systems like: Elastic, Zabbix
