Job Description

International Freight Forwarder looking for Logistics Coordinator We currently have an immediate need for a full-time position for Export/Import Air/Ocean/Trucking Logistics Coordinator.

  • Coordinate all aspects of shipment process, including booking, manifests, Bills of Lading.
  • Ensure all clients special instructions are followed correctly.
  • Tracking your files properly and keeping customers always updated.
  • Data Entry (being able to open and close your files)
  • Skills and Experience*
  • Experience handling Ocean, Air & Trucking shipments is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Speaking French is an asset.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: to be discussed Schedule:
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday - 8:30AM to 5PM
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From $35,000.00 per yearSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
