Job Description

Role and ResponsibilitiesCAE, chef de file mondial en matière de formation aéronautique, est à la recherche dun instructeur technique en maintenance pour se joindre à léquipe de formation à la maintenance de laviation daffaires. Si vous êtes un technicien en mechanic ayant de lexpérience dans lentretien du Challenger 300/350 et que vous êtes prêt à faire progresser votre carrière en devenant instructeur, ce rôle pourrait être pour vous !Linstructeur technique en maintenance travaillera dans le cadre dune équipe dédiée à la formation technique des aéronefs sur les produits fabriqués par Bombardier Aéronautique. Elle devra utiliser une vaste expérience en maintenance aéronautique, une expérience de formation technique et des compétences variées en informatique (texte et graphique) pour développer, livrer et maintenir des trousses de didacticiels multimédias et assistées par ordinateur de pointe. Ce poste est axé sur le client et est axé sur lidentification et le soutien des besoins et des demandes des clients. La personne fournira une formation aux clients à différents endroits, gèrera et résoudra un large éventail de problèmes de manière autonome. La personne fournira une formation sur les systèmes daéronef dans des domaines dexpertise en utilisant une variété de supports pédagogiques dans lenvironnement de la salle de classe, y compris lutilisation de présentations multimédias (vidéos, diapositives, Power Point), composants/pièce davions et simulateurs davions.EXIGENCES MINIMALES

  • Expérience mechanique requise dans la maintenance d’un Challenger 300, ou 350.
  • Baccalauréat en aérospatial ou lexperience équivalente requise
  • Connaissances pratiques des systèmes d’aéronefs mécaniques liés à la zone de responsabilité.
  • Expérience d’instruction est un grand atout.
  • Capacité à résoudre les problèmes denseignement client de manière autonome
  • Connaissance pratique de divers logiciels (Suite Windows 2000, PowerPoint, MS Word) réviser et livrer du matériel de formation et des présentations.

If you are a Maintenance Technician with experience servicing the Challenger 300 or 350 and are ready to take your career to a new level by becoming an Instructor, this role could be for you!The Maintenance Technical Instructor works as part of a team dedicated to providing aircraft technical training on products manufactured by Bombardier Aerospace. Use extensive aviation maintenance experience, technical training experience, and varied computer skills (text & graphics), to develop, deliver, and maintain state of the art multi-media and computer-assisted courseware packages. This position is customer-facing and is focused on identifying and supporting customers’ needs and requests. Provides training to the customers at varied locations and manages and resolves a broad range of issues in an autonomous manner. Delivers aircraft system training in areas of expertise using a variety of instructional training aids in the classroom environment including the use of multimedia presentations (videos, slides, Power Point), aircraft components and aircraft simulators.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • 5-7 years related work experience in aviation maintenance on the Challenger 300 or 350
  • Bachelors degree in aerospace or equivalent experience required
  • Working knowledge of mechanical aircraft systems related to area of responsibility.
  • Instruction experince is a stong asset.
  • Ability to resolve customer instructional issues autonomously
  • Working knowledge in a variety of computer software programs, (Windows 2000 Suite, PowerPoint, MS Word), revise and deliver training material and presentations
ADDITIONAL DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Transport Canada AME or FAA A&P license preferred
