Job Description

1. Organization of the warehouse1.1. Participates in maintaining order and organization of the warehouse- Checks and inspects handling equipment as required and handles it according to regulations- Properly manages the physical space reserved for storage- Ensures that the premises (warehouse and reception area) are clean and tidy according to the procedures in force- Follows the hygiene rules in force- Reports to his/her supervisor any observation of pests in the storage areas (insects, rodents, etc.)- Ensures that he/she is trained for the task and follows the procedures in effect in the warehouse2. Performs basic warehouse processes2.1. Receives products and packaging components from customers and/or suppliers- Performs unloading operations- Ensures and respects the storage conditions of the products- Store products properly and according to their status2.2. Support to production operations- Prepares and delivers products and packaging components to production areas (room/line)- Prepare necessary and sufficient quantities for production- Completes production records and logs, according to procedures- Receives and stores products and packaging components from production areas according to their status- Stores pharmaceutical products for destruction and manages non-pharmaceutical waste/recycling2.3 Ships products released by the Quality Department to customers- Prepares products for shipment (shrink-wrapping)- Performs final inspection of products and verifies quantities, product information (name, and lot) prior to shipment- Carries out the loading work and ensures that the products are shipped correctlyExpected Results- Ensures the conformity and accuracy of the inventory of products and components- Follows standards and procedures (SOP)- Assiduously documents GMP documents- Performs procurement, receiving and shipping activities- Keeps the warehouse cleanTranslated with www.DeepL.com/Translator (free version)Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $18.00-$20.00 per hourBenefits:
