Job Description

Are you looking for a manual job with flexible hours and a lot of autonomy We have an opportunity for you!RDTS is currently looking for a Merchandiser Representative located in Saint-Quentin to join our merchandising team and execute various merchandising tasks in several hardware stores of your territory.Schedule: approx. 15-20 hours per week, flexible hours.Territory: Saint-Quentin. A mileage compensation policy is applicable.TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Read and execute planograms for the entire hardware store.
  • Place the merchandise, do the facing, clean the sections, product rotation, etc.
  • Installation and maintenance of displays.
  • Identify marketing opportunities through techniques such as cross-merchandising, mass merchandising, etc.
  • Manage priorities and tasks to be carried out.
  • Perform daily reports, which include taking pictures of the work done, through our mobile reporting app.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with store managers.
  • Maintain communication with the store managers of your territory on a regular basis (calls, emails, etc.).
  • Execute any related tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience in merchandising and reading planograms is an asset.
  • Good interrelationship skills, autonomy, attention to detail.
  • Must be able to visit a different pharmacy of your territory each day. Mileage reimbursement policy is applicable.
