We value and share an infinite range of ideas and voices that evolve and broaden our perspectives with a reach that extends into all our brands, partners, and suppliers.The Team:The Model Shop, which several Model Makers are part of, supports the Toy Design team by creating models from preliminary plans and/or a sketch and/or an existing model that will be used to establish the feasibility of the project. The Model Shop also collaborates with others like the Engineering, Marketing, and Packaging teams.Job DescriptionThe Opportunity:Reporting to the Model Shop Team Leader, the Model Maker will be called upon to create models according to needs and requests. Prototypes are made from various materials, such as 3D printed parts, production blocks, foam, styrene, resin, etc. The Model Maker must master the different techniques he will have to use in his work: painting (spray gun and by hand), building (blocks), sanding, sculpture, thermoforming, molding, and others. He/she will also have the opportunity to work with different types of machinery.
