Job Description

Opérateur CNCLopérateur de machine à commande numérique (CNC) sera responsable de la coupe des pièces en mousse. Il est responsable de lapprovisionnement et du déchargement de la machine, du lancement des programmes dans un ordre établi et du contrôle de la qualité des pièces quil produit.Type demploi : Temps plein, matin ou soirResponsabilités:

  • Lire et interpréter des plans pour déterminer les pièces à produire, ainsi que la séquence des opérations à effectuer.
  • Utiliser en toute sécurité, les découpeuses numériques de mousse.
  • Contrôler la qualité des pièces produites selon les normes de qualité.
  • Effectuer les tâches dentretien courant (changement de lame, nettoyage de base).
  • Détecter les problèmes de fonctionnement de machine afin de maintenir un niveau de production et de qualité acceptable.
  • Effectuer dautres tâches connexes.
Qualifications:
  • Expérience préalable avec des équipements à commande numérique (bois, mousse, tissus...)
  • Compréhension de la lecture de plans complexes et de dessins de fabrication et connaissance de la géométrie et des dimensions (métriques et impériales).
  • Éthique de travail et souci du détail
  • Capable de travailler dans un environnement nécessitant le port déquipements de protection.
  • Français ou Anglais de base

He/she will be responsible for loading and unloading the machine, running the programs in a set sequence, and ensuring that the parts produced to match the established quality control.Job Type: Full-time, morning or eveningResponsibilities:
  • Read and interpret blueprints to determine the parts to be produced, as well as the sequence of operations to be performed.
  • Operate the digital foam cutters in complete safety.
  • Control the quality of parts produced according to quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks (blade change, basic cleaning).
  • Detect issues with the machine’s operation to ensure production and quality are maintained.
  • Perform other related duties.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience with CNC equipment (wood, foam, fabric...)
  • Ability to read complex blueprints and manufacturing drawings
  • Knowledge of geometry and dimensions (metric and imperial systems)
  • Work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in an environment requiring the use of protective equipment.
  • French or Basic English
