Job Description

As a CNC machine operator, you will be a full member of our production team. Under the responsibility of the foreman, the operator will have the following responsibilities:Your responsibilities:

• Understand the specifications of the task at hand and the desired outcome by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings, etc.
• Adjust and operate CNC machines or other machinery to optimize machining operations;
• Enter the various orders to adjust the machine according to the work order provided;
• Monitor machines to identify problems and defective equipment;
• Validate the equipment and tools used to ensure that they are adequate for the work requested;
• Check the dimensions of the machined parts and ensure that the measurements are accurate;
• Validate the quality and quantity of parts for each order;
• Regularly maintain and clean his department;
• Assist in the installation and dismantling of machinery and equipment;
• Clean and maintain a clean workstation;
• Perform other related duties.

Requirements and qualifications required:

• Thoroughness;
• School training or courses on the use of numerically controlled tools and machines;
• Knowledge of measurements with the imperial and metric system;
• Be well organized;
• Like challenges;

• From Monday to Friday
