  • Assist the CTO, CWO and COO with administrative duties :o Agenda managemento Preparation of meetingso Update presentationso Plan, organize and coordinate team meetingso Real-time update of the organizational chart of each groupo Organize and coordinate travel for each group
  • Manage projects and special mandates in collaboration with colleagues from the various departments involved and perform the required follow-ups
  • Manage the assessment process for the leaders of each group in each department (scheduling appointments, updating documents, post-meeting follow-up, etc.)
  • Participate in the drafting of certain documents, presentations, executive reports (annual, monthly and weekly)
  • Participate in the coordination of certain team events
  • Perform all other related administrative tasks
Qualifications
  • DEC in secretarial or technical office automation
  • 5 to 10 years experience in a similar position
  • Excellent command of French and English, both oral and written
  • Excellent command of the Office suite and Microsoft tools (Excel - advanced, PowerPoint, TEAMS, One Note, email and calendar management)
  • Team spirit, proactivity, thoroughness and professionalism
  • Strong organizational and time management skills including the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Discretion, discretion and respect for confidentiality
  • Excellent judgment
  • You are extremely organized, autonomous, quick to execute, resourceful, able to work in a team and also under pressure
