Job Description

Overview:EXPLEO CANADA is looking for a Quality Supervisor to join a dynamic and expanding team in St. Laurent, QC.Our ideal candidate meets the following criteria:

  • Bachelors degree in operations or general management
  • 6+ years of experience in the aviation sector working in a similar role
  • Ability to manage, develop and drive a team
  • Fully bilingual (French and English) with good communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
In this role you will be required to:
  • Control the production flow and planning
  • Manage and follow up on budget while maintaining quality of product and productivity of team
  • Plan, organize, motivate and supervise the activities of employees
  • Identify, document and standardize key processes to achieve objectives
  • Continuously improve existing processes
