Operations SupervisorSchedule: 3:30 pm to midnightPermanent evening shift position (3:30 pm to midnight) located in St-Eustache, within a dynamic 3PL environment. Supervise warehouse teams, ensure logistics performance and client relations, while contributing to continuous improvement and compliance with health and safety standards.What is in it for you:• Salary starting at $65.000, with an evening shift premium.• Evening schedule from Monday to Friday, 3:30 pm to midnight.• Full-time position, 40 hours per week.• Permanent role, fully on-site in St-Eustache.• Comprehensive group insurance plan.• Cell phone provided or monthly allowance.• 3 weeks of vacation.• 5 paid sick days, with 5 additional unpaid sick days available.Responsibilities:• Maintain client relationships and respond to inquiries.• Manage warehouse operations: receiving, picking, and shipping.• Supervise activities and ensure order and inventory accuracy.• Coordinate deliveries, track WMS data, and manage supply flows.• Manage and evaluate employee performance, organize work, and motivate teams.• Provide employee training and support skills development.• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards; investigate incidents/accidents.• Participate in continuous improvement and operational profitability projects.• Manage the warehouse operations budget.• Maintain a safe and positive work environment.What you will need to succeed:• College diploma in operations and logistics management, or equivalent training.• 5+ years of relevant experience in transportation, distribution, and 3PL logistics.• Proficiency in integrated management systems such as ERP, WMS, or SAP.• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).• Inspiring leadership with strong results orientation and commitment to continuous improvement.• Ability to plan succession, develop team skills, and lead a multidisciplinary team.• Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage priorities and stress in a fast-paced environment.• In-depth knowledge of occupational health and safety standards and best practices.• Flexibility and availability based on operational needs.• French and English, both spoken and written, to ensure effective communication with clients and partners from diverse markets.
