Job Description

We are looking for an Order Entry Clerk in our Sample Center Department in our Ville Saint-Laurent facility to join our team. Reporting to the Supervisor Shipping & Sample Center & marketing. This role is responsible for entering orders, creating new customers in the system and performs additional tasks related to order entry.Job tasks include, but are not limited to the following responsibilities:

  • Entering orders
  • Creating new customers in the system
  • Performs other tasks in his/her area of expertise and be willing to teach by example.
  • Participates in special projects as needed.
Skills/Requirements:
  • Computer knowledge
  • Bilingual, English and French
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Solid customer service skills and a team player
  • Well organized and a seasoned multi-tasker
  • Previous order entry knowledge an asset
  • Ability to perform simple calculations
  • Quick and accurate typing skills
