The Order Entry Specialist will be part of the Electrification Canada team based in Iberville, Quebec reporting directly to the Customer Support Supervisor. This position is responsible to provide internal customer support by ensuring accuracy in the entry and releasing of orders.Your responsibilities

  • Verify Sales Order accuracy (part numbers, pricing, discounts etc…) for all orders coming through Salesforce to allow order execution in the system. Employee expected to take owner-ship of issues and work with the Customer Service representatives or other colleagues to re-solve them in a timely manner.
  • Make recommendations regarding the order entry process and procedure to improve the effec-tiveness of the department that will ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects.
  • Align with ABBs core values of safety and integrity, i.e. take responsibility for your own actions, while taking care of your colleagues and the company.
Your background
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent general education certificate received).
  • Minimum of 1-year experience working in a similar role.
  • Ability to handle multiple demands, competing priorities, adapt to new ideas and constant changes.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment and also independently.
  • Experience working within SAP and Salesforce would be considered an asset but not a must.
  • Have the ability to write and speak French & English.
