Job Description

About us: MedSup Medical operates as a wholesaler in the supply and distribution of medical instruments and personal protective equipment that are tested and certified according to the requirements of public health agencies such as Health Canada. The company has four distribution centers across Canada (Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal and Magog), which allows it to respond very quickly to Canadian needs. In 2020, MedSup imported and distributed hundreds of millions of units through the country’s large public and private networks, thereby confirming its positioning and becoming the most promising emerging company in the field. Prepare require STO for all warehouses

  • E-mail communication & clarification
  • Data processing to create shipment document
  • Follow up on warehouse stock movement (outbound & inbound)
  • Obtain POD filing
E-commerce order scheduling & handling
  • order download from portal & upload to SAP
  • Prepare order DN for pick & pack
  • Adjust orders where needed for irregularities for online shopping websites
  • Follow up on customer returns, refund & treatment in SAP
  • Online order fulfillment for site without integration
  • Ensure data integrity between different platforms
  • EOD posting in systems
  • Clear office sample orders in system
  • POD filing for Retails orders – Verify (initial & & Scan)
Inventory planning
  • Monitor the inventory level & review usage.
  • Make estimation for inventory replenishment
  • Inventory count preparation
Requirement:
  • DEC or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the same or similar position
  • Experience in SAP
  • A positive and proactive approach towards solving problems and meeting challenges
  • Must possess effective oral and written communications skills, excellent interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual (French & English)
  • Ability to deal with confidential information and collaborate with warehouse team and customers
  • Excellent computer skills
