Job Description

Role:We are seeking an ambitious Parts Advisor who has high energy, naturally motivated to help people, and inherently passionate about machinery and/or technology.Working under the mentorship of our Project Management Office, you will be given a great opportunity to learn from a hands-on leader while directly contributing to the growth and success of not only our company, but our clients as well. Your responsibilities vary but ultimately, you will be the primary frontline service representative for basic technical support as well as order intaking.Outcomes of this role:

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining clear and friendly communication with customers, while offering an optimal service experience.
  • Participate in the parts process (quotes, sales order, follow-up)
  • Responsible of RMA (create, update, follow-up, close)
  • Submit Engineering Change Request (ECR) for product feedback and improvement.
  • Call customer for field service solicitations.
  • Sell spare parts kit to reduce machine down-time.
  • Pro-actively sell slow-moving and obsolete parts.
  • Follow-up on Back-Order parts and update customer.
  • Create “Part Detail Request” when information is missing about parts (price, not on BOM, no stock-code)
  • Follow-up on purchases with customers.
  • Create cases, log calls, maintain notes and ensure closure in Maximizer.
