Our integrated roof, wall, and floor systems offer proven quality and provide a great deal of benefit and value.Truss Plant Managers are leaders who are responsible for ensuring employee safety, producing quality products, providing superior customer service and using resources efficiently.Responsibilities:

• Accountable for all areas of the plant to ensure high standards of quality, safety and customer service
• Coordinates work in various departments and facilitates improvement initiatives
• Manages employee performance, identifies training opportunities and develops talent to align with future business requirements
• Delivers on production and delivery targets
• Monitors cost of production to identify opportunities to reduce cost and increase efficiency
• Ensures inventory is properly accounted for and accurate
• Controls inventory levels of finished and raw materials to the optimum levels required to meet customer delivery expectations
• Creates a safety culture that results in constant improvement in safety metrics
• Ensures that all equipment is being properly used and maintained

Requirements:

• Completed post secondary education with a preference given to an engineering discipline
• 5+ years of successful plant management or supervisory experience
• People leader with excellent coaching and mentoring skills
• Change agent with ability to implement process improvement and evaluate alternate solutions
• Excellent understanding of budgetary development and financial management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to leverage technology for project management, analysis and solving problems (including Microsoft Office Suite)
