Description
  • Carry out the estimation of projects;
  • Compile the time allocated for each project produced;
  • Review priorities and deadlines with the department foreman and the production planner according to the SMM system and order entry;
  • Determine manpower requirements with the foreman based on orders placed in production (estimated hours per equipment);
  • Complete employee time sheets and submit to the costing manager;
  • Place orders for raw material (purchase of cardboard);
  • Organize carriers according to delivery dates and customer needs;
  • Make appointments for deliveries to customers (if necessary);
  • Verify the price list for transportation;
  • Optimize each delivery and the space in the trailers;
  • Prepare invoices for delivered projects;

  • Close files in the existing systems;
  • Perform all other related tasks.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma;
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, cardboard and transportation (assets);
  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
