The Division, which employs close to 3,400 people, owns six containerboard mills and nineteen corrugated products plants in Canada and the United States.Your challenge!Under the supervision of the Planning, Demand and Supply Director, you will be responsible for supervising, analyzing, adjusting and communicating the production master plan in order to maximize the use of resources. For this, you will have the following responsibilities:Job ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the implementation of the operational strategy by aligning with the vision of his group of plants for the Packaging sector;Determine, revise and optimize the MRP parameters, having previously performed an analysis of them;Perform sound inventory management;Participate in the S&OP process;Build the production master plan according to the respective capacities of the units and propose alternative scenarios in the planning horizon;Support his manager and his group of plants in the Packaging sector in understanding the changes to the master supply plan;Apply practices aligned with the customer-oriented business vision.Your background and strengthsHold a bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management and / or logistics profile;Have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;Be action-oriented and demonstrate good flexibility and adaptability;Demonstrate good organizational skills;Demonstrate initiative, autonomy, judgment and leadership;Be able to manage several files at the same time;Promote teamwork;Be perfectly bilingual (French, English);Knowledge of SAP is an asset.Additionnal informationPossibility to travel to Ontario if needed.Cascades believes in the success of an inclusive organization that values diversity within its team.
