Provides all required financial information about the project. Control the monthly sales & margin realization, monitor & support the Estimated At Completion change process, ensure that Alstom accounting guidelines are respected. Single point of contact for all financial issues relating to the specific project portfolio controlled. Close monitoring of the project deliverables. Early assessment and measuring of financial impact of risks and opportunities with regular follow ups on action plans.
