YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:Under the supervision of the Technical Director, the Project Manager is responsible for the analysis of bids and all elements related to the procurement and execution of projects.
  • Analyzes the clients needs in order to issue a quote for the projects presented;
  • Establishes the costs of standard projects, using internal tools and material price lists;
  • Establishes technical requirements in collaboration with the engineering team (follow up on drawings for approval, instructions for resubmitting drawings and guidelines for the release of orders);
  • Prepares bids by analyzing drawings and specifications for clients;
  • Contributes to the establishment of key performance indicators (KPI);
  • Uses tracking and control systems for projects awaiting approval;
  • Consults production planning for delivery details;
  • Follows up with customers (customer phone calls, order processing, instructions to engineering) to prepare drawings;
  • Deals with complaints and non-conformance after delivery in collaboration with the quality department;
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION ARE:
  • 3+ years of relevant experience;
  • Experience with ERP system (asset);
  • Good knowledge of Word and Excel;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Fluency in French and English (written and verbal);
  • Ability to identify complex issues and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions;
  • Great listening skills and use of logic and reasoning to weigh the pros and cons of alternative solutions;
  • Bilingualism.
