Nous recherchons une personne dynamique qui sait accueillir la clientèle de façon professionnelle. La personne doit être fervente du travail d’équipe et de la communication avec la clientèle autant qu’avec son équipe.Le poste consiste à :

Accueillir des patients, prise d’appels et de rendez-vous;
Soccuper de la facturation à la clientèle et aux organismes payeurs;
Préparer les comptes recevables;
Communiquer avec les professionnels en relation avec la clinique;
Préparer et classer les dossiers des patients;
Organiser les horaires;
Commander le matériel nécessaire pour la clinique;
Toutes autres tâches connexes.

EXIGENCES

Connaissance des principaux programmes informatiques, le candidat doit être très confortable avec un ordinateur;
Connaissance de ClinicMaster (atout);
Discrétion, autonomie, esprit d’équipe, goût d’être actif au sein d’une équipe dynamique, proactif, apprentissage rapide;
Bilingue français/anglais;
Offrir un service à la clientèle hors pair;
Excellentes capacités de communication;
Expérience dans une clinique médicale (atout).

HORAIRE

2 soirs par semaine de 16h à 20h30;
Samedi matin de 8h à 12h en rotation avec dautres réceptionnistes.

We are looking for a dynamic person who knows how to welcome clients in a professional way. The person must be fervent of teamwork and communication with clients as well as with the team.The position consists of:

Welcoming patients, making calls and scheduling appointments
Handling customer invoicing and paying agencies;
Preparation of accounts receivable;
Communicate with professionals in relations with the clinic;
Prepare and file client records;
Organizing the schedules;
Order the necessary material for the clinic;
Any other related tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge of the main computer programs, the candidate must be very comfortable with a computer;
Knowledge of ClinicMaster (asset);
Discretion, autonomy, team spirit, willingness to be active in a dynamic team, proactive, fast learner;
Bilingual French/English;
Focused on customer service;
Excellent communication skills;
Experience in a medical clinic (asset).

SCHEDULE

2 evenings per week from 4:00pm to 8:30pm;
Saturday morning from 8am to 12pm on rotation with other receptionists.
