As a Residential Financing Specialist, you #39;ll support clients in the branch by offering quality advisory services about mortgage credit. You #39;ll work in synergy with your colleagues to identify and meet the residential financing needs of clients that are referred to you or that you contact. You #39;ll also refer clients to your expert colleagues for their specialized needs.Your territory will be in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, operating in the Iberville branch of the National Bank. As a Residential Financial Specialist, you #39;ll provide an unparalleled client experience.You #39;ll identify and develop credit opportunities for National Bank clients. Experience the synergy of working with many different experts, including financial planners, in our branch network.More specifically, you will :

• Support our clients by developing the best residential financing strategy for their needs
• Refer files to various experts when necessary
• Apply established processes and procedures thoroughly
• Comply with current standards and regulations
• Keep your knowledge of financing solutions up to date

Your team You #39;ll report to a Residential Financing Manager and work on a specialized team. You #39;ll work with the entire branch team and various financial experts to meet all our clients #39; financial needs. Prerequisites

• Bachelor #39;s degree in a related field and 1 year of relevant experience or a College diploma with 4 years of relevant experience
• Two years of experience in business development, preferably in the financial services sector (an asset)
• Knowledge of credit solutions and mortgage financing products
• Proven experience of collaborating with different stakeholders
