• Execute basic and advanced diagnostic and repair work on all aspects of Tesla product line
• Work independently and as a team to drive maximum repair efficiency
• Provide feedback to Tesla design and engineering teams directly to enable continuous improvement of repair procedures and products.
• Participate with a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful attitude in an ever-changing dynamic environment.
• Enjoy your company supplied laptop to support diagnostics and provide online training opportunities
• Operate a variety of top-of-the-line hand, power and shop tools
• Consistently and concisely detail and document repairs
• Inspect and maintain shop equipment and request replacement as required
• Partner with other teams to ensure delivery of an exceptional product by cleaning and detailing vehicles, as needed
• Assist with onboarding and training of new technicians to help upskill the team

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or Associate Degree/Certificate, or work experience in a related technology space (aeronautics, engines, electrical, ships, etc.)
• Automotive Service Technicians License, or desire to become Technician Apprentice through provincial schooling
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and processes, and adapt to change
• Ability to innovate, solve complex issues, and present new ideas
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions with attention to detail
• Proven ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
• Section 609 Refrigerant handling certification preferred
• Experience working in a team-based environment and achieving common goals
• Evidence of a "safety first" attitude
• Basic command of the English or French language
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills, including navigating web browsers and standard applications like Excel and Word.
• Valid driver’s license in the country (State for US) in which you are applying with a clean driving history

• Exécuter des travaux de base sur les voitures et, après la formation, effectuer des travaux liés à la haute tension, avec ou sans supervision
• Collaborez avec les membres de léquipe pour accroître lefficacité et résoudre les problèmes complexes

• Suivre toutes les directives de réparation spécifiées par Tesla jusquaux niveaux de qualité acceptés
• Etre responsable de votre développement et expertise technique en créant et en maintenant un plan de développement individuel, avec le soutien des autres membres de léquipe et de la direction
• Utilisez une variété doutils manuels, électriques et datelier
• Effectuer des inspections déquipements
• Effectuer des inspections avant livraison (PDI) des voitures neuves
• Effectuer la tenue de dossiers et de rapports quotidiens détaillés, y compris les registres de temps, de dépenses et de matériel
• Soutenir dautres centres de service, au besoin
• Nettoyer les véhicules, au besoin

Exigences

• Diplôme détudes secondaires ou diplôme / certificat associé
• Capacité démontrée à apprendre de nouvelles technologies, de nouveaux processus et à sadapter au changement
• Capacité à innover, à résoudre des problèmes complexes et à présenter de nouvelles idées
• Capacité à suivre des instructions orales et écrites avec une attention aux détails
• Capacité à gérer efficacement plusieurs priorités, à organiser la charge de travail et à respecter les délais
• Expérience de travail en équipe et réalisation dobjectifs communs
• Preuve dune attitude "la sécurité dabord"
• Français et anglais bilingues préférés
• Compétences informatiques de base, y compris la navigation dans les navigateurs Web et lutilisation dapplications standard comme Excel et Word
• Permis de conduire valide dans le pays dans lequel vous postulez avec un historique de conduite propre
