Job Description

The Store Manager is responsible for all aspects of the retail store operations, including strategy and the development of their people. The incumbent is accountable for ensuring that all areas of the retail business are fulfilled and are contributing to the customer experience. The store manager develops capabilities within the team to drive strategy and achieve results for the business.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop people through our core values
  • Hold the team accountable for results and have crucial conversations when needed
  • Develop a strategy to build a strong pipeline of leaders
  • Recruit and hire people who are aligned with our culture and brand vision
  • Develop strategies and in-store initiatives to meet business objectives
  • Manage team performance with ongoing coaching
  • Create VM strategies specific to their market, store layout and volume to support sell-through
  • Provide timely feedback on sales plans and key performance indicators
  • Produce results that meet or exceed company goals and maximize store profitability
  • Manage the store schedule in a way that supports business trends (labor management)
  • Be responsible for the quarterly and yearly strategies and OPS
  • Work in collaboration with the optician to optimize the customer experience
  • Represent the BonLook brand: reflect company values and brand image at all time
  • Know and understand the corporate story/vision and be able to inspire the team
  • Manage inventory
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3 to 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in retail
  • High School diploma or certificate in Business Administration or in a related field
  • HR knowledge: recruitment, training and performance management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent time management skills
