Job Description

They will report directly to the HUB Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) of the Installation Products Division and will collaborate closely with our site HRBPs, our candidates, line managers, as well as work with our Employer Branding team.Your responsibilities

  • Own and manage the recruitment process in collaboration with site HRBPs; kickoff calls, job postings, sourcing through to the selection of candidates;
  • Ensure quality of job postings, mitigate gender biases and ensure they are aligned with corporate branding;
  • Leverage new technologies such as AI, (HireVue) for candidate selection;
  • Effectively partner with the GBS support team to ensure all coordination with candidates/hiring managers run smoothly and efficiently (job posting, candidate scheduling, job offer processing, etc.);
  • Ensure an excellent level of Candidate Experience (CX);
  • Participate or collaborate in the talent planification process.
Your background
  • At least 2 years experience in a specialized recruitment agency or firm with good volumes of requisitions (on average 25).
  • Verbal and written fluency in both French and English;
  • Experience with social media marketing of job ads;
  • Highly developed communication, sales and advising skills;
  • 100% team player with strong collaborative spirit.
