With a culture that nurtures talent and creates an inclusive workplace, you can grow your career across our diverse operating divisions.We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Training Coordinator, in St-Leonard, N.B and Juniper, NB. The candidate must be bilingual.Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for training programs at two manufacturing sites, in Juniper, NB and in St-Leonard, NB.
  • Maintain accurate records of regulatory and operational training for employees
  • Schedule and deliver training sessions to individuals or groups of employees
  • Create and update training content, using various formats (video, Powerpoint, hands-on)
  • Research and recommend training content from 3rd party service providers
Qualifications:
  • Hold a bachelors degree in a related field is an asset
  • Years of experience required: 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role on in the manufacturing sector
  • Demonstrate leadership skills
  • Fluency in French and English (oral and written communication)
  • Possess a high level of precision and attention to details
  • Being organized and able to manage different files at the same time
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paces environment
