With previous relevant experience and an eagerness to learn new sales techniques, the candidate should be committed to achieving success in this role! A Marketing Associate who possesses goal-driven motivation and exceptional negotiation skills is sure to thrive in this position!Responsibilities of the Marketing Associate:

  • Develop marketing materials for distribution to customers and internal stakeholders for cross-functional enablement.
  • Develop positive relationships with existing and potential customers through personable product presentations.
  • Identify target customers and markets.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop marketing materials and promote brand awareness.
  • Collect and compile customer feedback in an easily reviewed and understood format for review by company management and leadership.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to monitor sales data, analyze marketing initiatives performance, and sales records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements for the position of a Marketing Associate:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field required.
  • 1-3 years of related experience in business, promotional sales, customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Full-time availability.
  • Must be willing to work in person and travel to our office for work every day.
