Job Description

As a Trainer, you will take a lead role in creating and delivering peer-to-peer, classroom, and web-based training to employees with an emphasis on onboarding, safety, and regulatory requirements. Your goal will be enhancing the skills and knowledge of employees by delivering engaging and interactive training programs along with assessing effectiveness and engaging in continuous improvement initiatives. Your success will focus heavily on content and training program creation and utilize new technologies and adult learning methodology.What We Offer:

Your Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, management, and stakeholders to identify training needs, learning objectives, and performance gaps.
  • With subject matter expert feedback, independently design and develop comprehensive training programs that encompass both classroom and web-based formats, incorporating advanced instructional strategies and interactive content.
  • Lead the creation of engaging and impactful training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, videos, simulations, assessments, and other multimedia content.
  • Deliver high-quality training sessions using a variety of facilitation techniques, catering to diverse learning styles and skill levels.
  • Analyze training program effectiveness through data collection, assessments, surveys, and feedback to make informed improvements and enhancements. Report findings to leadership and suggest future improvements and refinements.
  • Oversee the coordination of training schedules, logistics, and participant communications as well as review efforts to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for training effectiveness and track progress towards meeting organizational goals.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative training approaches, applying them to elevate training effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the integration of advanced training strategies, such as microlearning, gamification, and immersive simulations, to enhance engagement and learning outcomes.
  • Travel is a requirement for this position.
Your Skills:
  • Demonstrated expertise in collaborating with subject matter experts to develop impactful training content that aligns with organizational objectives.
  • Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners of all levels as well as strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex projects.
  • Proficiency in developing multimedia training materials using advanced tools and technologies.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret training metrics and make data-backed recommendations.
  • Experience in conducting thorough training needs assessments and gap analyses.
  • Expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and training evaluation methodologies.
Your Experience:
  • Bachelor #39;s degree in education, Human Resources, Communication, or a related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years practical experience with at least 5 years of experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs, with a strong focus on both classroom and web-based formats.
