Job Description

WHAT TO EXPECTAs an Administrative Officer, you will contribute to the administrative and operational support for the different departments of the Soucy Belgen Sainte-Claire subsidiary.Heres an overview of your tasks:

  • Customer order entry
  • Provide customer service (email and telephone)
  • Perform various administrative tasks related to data collection, data entry and compilation, filing
  • Receive telephone calls and greet visitors
  • Support for the management of employee files
  • All other related tasks
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • DEP in secretarial-accounting or
  • 3 years of relevant experience related to the tasks of the position
  • Versatility and resourcefulness
  • Rigor and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Skilled with technology
  • Very good knowledge of the office suite
  • Knowledge of an ERP system (asset)
  • Functional English (written and oral)
