  • Annual salary of $45,000 to $60,000 Job
descriptionReporting to the senior accounting clerk, the assistant will have diversified tasks and responsibilities at the administrative and accountants for the company which owns 6 McDonalds restaurants on the South Shore of Montreal; Varennes, Sainte-Julie, Saint-Amable, Boucherville, Longueuil.Main tasks and responsibilitiesClearview - (McDonalds Interface)
  • Verification and entry of daily data (sales, deposits, transfer of stock between restaurants, hours worked).
  • Production of monthly reports for accounting entries.
Acomba – (accounting software)
  • Payroll preparation and production.
  • Production of monthly and annual reports (government remittances, T4, CNESST).
  • Administration of group insurance and other taxable benefits.
  • Entry and payment of invoices.
  • Verification of account statements.
  • Bookkeeping and entry of accounting data.
  • Collaboration with the accountant for the production of monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Production of government declarations (GST & QST, MEV).
  • Classification and digitization of various accounting documents.
  • All other related tasks assigned according to needs and ongoing projects.
Profile sought
  • You have a DEP or DEC in accounting or in any other appropriate discipline.
  • You have relevant experience of at least 6 months in a role associated with accounting.
  • You have acquired solid knowledge of accounting standards and procedures.
  • You master the Microsoft Office suite and have ease with computer tools.
