Contracts are contingent upon sufficient student enrollment in each course. Starting date, day/time and location for each course to be determined by the Centre for Continuing Education.For Computer Science (420):

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent * degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years appropriate professional/industrial experience PREFERRED
  • Several years related teaching experience at the post-secondary level PREFERRED
  • Excellent English communication skills REQUIRED.
  • Equivalent establishes a general comparison between two official education systems
  • In addition to above:
420-E03-AB: Related teaching experience in Network Administration420-E46/E76-AB: Cisco Network Associate-CCNA; CISCO Certified Instructor CCAI420-E15/E35 -AB: Microsoft Certification in Windows Client; Microsoft Certification in Windows Server420-E68-AB: Teaching experience in LINUX & LPI certificationDISCLAIMER: Courses will be offered in an online format until further notice.Note: In accordance with art. 4-4.04 of the Collective Agreement, the Selection Committee may, exceptionally, recommend to the College that pertinent additional professional and/or industrial experience be considered in lieu of the stated minimum educational requirement. Candidates to be considered under this option must have completed at least the equivalent of a DEC or AEC.
