Job TitleCE GWD-08 Digital Photo - REPOST (2nd posting)Job TypeHourly paid teachingCategoryTeaching in Graphic & Web Design (412)Salary GradeHourly Paid Teacher - $70.54 to $102.32Job DescriptionTHE CENTRE FOR CONTINUING EDUCATION has the following anticipated vacancies for the FALL 2021 full-time AEC program Graphic & Web Design GWD-08 (AEC-LCE-OZ) FULL-TIME DAY INTENSIVE 3pm -5:30pm, 6pm-8:30pm (November 8, 2021 to January 21, 2022)TYPE OF CONTRACTS: CHARGE DE COURS (À LA LEÇON) (1-2.12)COURSE: 412-B13-ABTITLE: Digital PhotoHOURS: 60SECTION(S): one (1)N.B. Contracts are contingent upon sufficient student enrollment in each course. Starting date, day/time and location for each course to be determined by the Centre for Continuing Education.DISCLAIMER: Courses will be offered in an online/blended format until further notice.For GRAPHIC & WEB DESIGN (412)

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent* degree in Fine Arts
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field may be considered
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience directly related to the discipline of digital design / graphic arts
  • Several years related teaching experience at the post-secondary level preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills essential
  • Equivalent establishes a general comparison between two official education systems
Note: In accordance with art. 4-4.04 of the Collective Agreement, the Selection Committee may, exceptionally, recommend to the College that pertinent additional professional and/or industrial experience be considered in lieu of the stated minimum educational requirement. Candidates to be considered under this option must have completed at least the equivalent of a DEC or AEC.
