  • Annual salary of $50,000 to $65,000 Job
DescriptionReporting to the Human Resources Management Advisor, the coordinator will play a generalist role with a strong Health, Safety and Social Benefits for the company which owns 6 McDonalds restaurants (Boucherville, Varennes, St-Amable, Ste-Julie, Longueuil).Main Responsibilities
  • Support the recruitment process and supporting tools.
  • Provide and implement recruitment strategies for each position.
  • Adopt a proactive strategy to find candidates for vacant positions and create a talent pool for future recruitments.
  • Develop and implement a strategy to promote the employers brand image.
  • Revise and implement Health and Safety procedures.
  • Participate in restaurant Health and Safety committees.
  • Support the companys benefit programs in their development and implementation (RRSP, insurance, vacation, partnerships, etc.).
  • Perform all other related tasks.
Profile sought
  • You have a college or university degree in human resources management, industrial relations or any other appropriate discipline.
  • You have relevant experience of at least 1 year in a human resources coordinator role
  • You have acquired solid knowledge of best practices, tools, staffing processes and OHS standards.
  • You master the Microsoft Office suite and have ease with computer tools.
  • You are able to move between our different restaurants (Boucherville, Varennes, St-Amable, Ste-Julie, Longueuil).
