About UsTurning Point Brands Canada/Direct Value Wholesale is a leading consumer goods distribution company focused on bringing and expanding brands to the Canadianamp; US Market. This role will be focused on the growth of our “general merchandise” (homeamp; pet, sportsamp; outdoor etc.) scope of business on e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Wal-mart, Best Buy, eBay etc.)Job DescriptionWe are currently searching for a motivated E-commerce Marketplace Coordinator who is proactive about managing online marketplaces and helping us to grow on existing and new marketplaces.The ideal candidate will have prior experience in online marketplaces (Amazon, Wal-Mart, Best Buy, eBay), digital marketing, and inventory management. The e-commerce marketplace coordinator must be an organized multitasker able to handle diverse projects at once and proactively improve processes.Duties and Responsibilities:Contentamp; Listings:

  • Creating, editing and updating product listingsamp; maintaining product catalogue on multiple marketplaces. Including titles, bullet points, images, enhanced content, and all relevant product information.
  • Work with internal team membersamp; external brand partners in the development of content for brands including copy, graphic design, banners, and promotions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve listing issues including communicating with seller support.
  • Analysis and updating of keywords searchingamp; SEO.
Logistics/Inventory
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels and coordinate shipments with our warehouses.
  • Ensure proper inventory tracking across multiple internalamp; external systems.
  • Provide forecasting recommendations to assist in production planningamp; purchasing.
Customer Service
  • Managing Amazon customer feedback and inquiries
Advertising:
  • Manage PPC (Pay-per-click) budgetsamp; ensure profitabilityamp; brand building goals.
  • Monitor and adjust bids, keyword targeting and campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • E-commerce experience and knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of online Marketplaces (Amazon Seller Central, Wal-Mart, Best Buy)
  • Knowledge of marketplace tools (Helium10, Jungle Scout etc.)
  • Must be fluent in English, French is an asset.
  • Must be proficient in Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, formulas)
  • Must be detail oriented, organized, ability to multitask, positive attitude
  • Photographyamp; graphic design knowledge (preferred)
