  • Master’s or equivalent* degree in Business Administration
  • Master’s degree in a related field may be considered
  • Knowledge of Quantitative and Research Methods in the Social Sciences preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant business and industry experience preferred
  • Managerial experience an asset
  • Several years related teaching experience at the post-secondary level preferred
  • Lawyer or Notary and be a member in good standing with Professional order or association AN ASSET
  • Member of Sage Accounting network and industry experience AN ASSET
  • Experience in motor vehicle damage insurance AN ASSET
  • Knowledge of ratios related to damage insurance field AN ASSET
  • Knowledge of CompuQuote software AN ASSET
  • AMF (autorité des marchés financiers) certificate AN ASSET
  • Excellent English communication skills essential.
  • Bilingual (English/French) candidates preferred
  • Equivalent establishes a general comparison between two official education systems
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS FOR COURSES WILL APPLY AS PER MINIMUM HIRING CRITERIANote: In accordance with art. 4-4.04 of the Collective Agreement, the Selection Committee may, exceptionally, recommend to the College that pertinent additional professional and/or industrial experience be considered in lieu of the stated minimum educational requirement. Candidates to be considered under this option must have completed at least the equivalent of a DEC or AEC.
