It is an average of 400 people who live and work on constant rotation on the Project, whether at EXPO camp or Deception Bay camp, all on a fly-in / fly-out rotation. Your responsibilitiesReporting to the HR Superintendent, the Human Resources student will be responsible for assisting the Human Resources team through their day-to-day tasks. His main responsibilities are:
  • Support the entire HR team (coordinator, payroll, training, recruitment, and health services).
  • Collaborate and help in various human resources management files such as remuneration, payroll, absence management, OHS files.
  • Support and assist in staffing and benefits process.
  • Prepare job postings and post them on specialized sites.
  • Contact candidates, schedule interviews, take references and follow up on interviews with candidates contacted as needed.
  • Manage social media platforms and follow announcements on Facebook, LinkedIn etc. and make sure the company has good visibility online.
  • Write and prepare emails, letters, and correspondence.
  • Research training and government programs.
  • Comply with the companys health and safety requirements and recommendations.
  • Performs any other related tasks requested.
what we are looking for
  • Student registered for a bachelors degree in industrial relations or human resources.
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office suite.
  • Bilingualism (French and English).

  • Ability to provide exemplary customer service on a consistent basis.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and adapt to different types of personalities.
